Amritsari Badi also known as Wadiyan or Wadi are spicy, sun-dried lentil dumplings from Amritsar, Punjab. Made primarily from ground urad dal (black gram lentils) and a blend of aromatic spices, these nuggets are used to add rich, distinct flavor to various curries and rice dishes.
